Assess

Together, we will assess your current situation through the lens of continuous improvement. There exists any number of assessment methods or tools that could suit you and your organization that we will select together. Information collected provides a baseline of where you, your team, or your culture are at the beginning of the process. You will have data to analyze, prioritize, and select the desired change of behaviors, processes, procedures, etc. for making the necessary changes to achieve your goals. We will use this data for comparison and evaluation of progress over time.

Adjust

Adjusting is the actual work of change that you and your organization will implement based on the Assessment. Your chosen areas of improvement will dictate the specific changes needed, which we will design together, followed by implementation by you and your team. This is where you sow the seeds of sustainability through effectively implementing new and repeatable habits. Make no mistake, this is where the real hard work begins but this is also where the value lies.

The CCI Organizational Model is built upon the “Foundational Four.” First is a foundation of effective leadership. The second foundation incorporates healthy and effective teams in every department and division. The third and fourth foundations are a clear and compelling vision and mission under the umbrella of a comprehensive physical and social belief system upon which the organization bases its behavioral choices.

Next comes the “Functional Four” behaviors. The first of these behaviors include the policies, practices, and procedures for conducting day-to-day business. The second is a clear understanding of each person and department’s roles and responsibilities. Third is a healthy adaptability to change and the fourth behavior is an environment that promotes learning and continuous improvement.

 

Without effective leadership and effective people, it is likely there is no vision—which no amount of capital can replace. To achieve sustainable, predictable results at or above set performance expectations, the first piece of organizational DNA that must be in place consists of those effective leaders followed by that effective team. No shortcuts, no easy way out. Leaders and teams.
