At Cain Consulting, Incorporated, ethics begin with service to the client. It is the absolute intention of CCI to listen to the client, to learn the client’s needs, and be ready to take the role as a trusted advisor when the opportunity to do so presents itself.

Earning client trust and maintaining confidentiality is paramount to us.

We understand it is an absolute privilege to be hired by a person or an organization to provide leadership coaching. When given that trust offered by the client, it is our pledge to respect that opportunity by reciprocating with the most professional relationship possible.

Any engagement – meeting, discussion, coaching, etc. – with the client is solely the property of the client. It cannot and will not be used, quoted, or repeated in any way by CCI personnel under any circumstances. Any inquiries therein will be directed to the client for their response.
